Introducing Guitar Leads Version 2.0
Version 2.0 of the Guitar Leads course includes a number of important changes. Here is a summary of the update.
1. Printing Functionality.
2. Simplification of Lessons for Individual Songs.
Version 2.0 simplifies the song lessons by combining multiply individual lessons, into a single master song lesson.
3. Addition of Backing Tracks.
Backing tracks were added to 9 songs in Version 2.0 – as appropriate based upon the original lesson content. There is at least on lesson in each volume that contains a backing track and several volumes more.
4. Lesson Standardization.
When the Guitar Leads course was first introduced, there were differences in both the look and the functionality among the lesson files. This was because the course was new and we were evaluating and trying to determine the best format for the lessons. These determinations have been made and have been incorporated into Version 2.0
5. Simplified Installation.
We implemented a new installation procedure back in June of 2006 to simplify the installation and use of the program. However for those that purchased before that time, the new installation procedure is a snap.
The Guitar Leads Volumes are now packaged in installers, both for MAC’s and PC’s. These files automatically unzip, configure the security settings on your computer, check for the presence of Flash, and if not there prompts you to install it, and then when completed, placed an icon on your desktop or in your program files (or both) for easy access.
If you have previously purchased one or more of our volumes (prior to February 20, 2007) and would like to upgrade to Version 2.0, we are offering a 50% discount over the standard pricing. That means you will pay only $11 per volume for as downloadable files. CD’s are an additional $5 each.
